Hey yall! I’m Emma Ellis, I have been in the hair industry for three years now and love every bit of it! I moved my work to Chapel Hill in April of 2024. I have loved being here meeting all of you beautiful people. I recently got married to my amazing husband, and we have a beautiful cat named DeeDee. Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation and No-Show Policy**
To ensure that we can accommodate everyone's needs, we have established the following cancellation and no-show policy:
1. If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge of 25% of the booked service fee.
2. **No-Shows:** If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 25% of the total service fee.
3. **Late Arrivals:** If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it may be considered a no-show, and the above policy will apply.
4. **Exceptions:** We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we may be able to waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
